• Details about the work you need, including property type, how urgent it is, and the description, photos, or videos you choose to send us.
• Anything else you send us by email, phone, or WhatsApp.

We also collect limited technical information (such as your IP address and basic browser information) through our hosting provider's server logs and the essential cookies needed for the website and quote form to work. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies.

3. How we use your information, and our legal basis

• To respond to your enquiry and prepare a quote. Legal basis: taking steps at your request before entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
• To carry out and manage work you book with us. Legal basis: performance of our contract with you.
• To keep proper business and accounting records. Legal basis: our legal obligations.

We do not send marketing messages unless you have asked us to, and you can opt out at any time.

4. Cookies

Our website uses only essential cookies and similar storage needed for it to function and for the quote form to be submitted securely. We do not use advertising, profiling, or analytics cookies, so no cookie consent banner is required. Our service-area map loads map images from OpenStreetMap and CARTO, which means your IP address is shared with those providers when the map loads.

5. Who we share your information with

We never sell your personal data. We share it only where needed to run our business:

• Wix (Wix.com Ltd), which provides our website platform and stores enquiries in our contact system.
• Vercel, which hosts our website.
• OpenStreetMap and CARTO, which provide the map images on our site.
• WhatsApp / Meta, if you choose to message us on WhatsApp.
• Vetted tradespeople and subcontractors, only where needed to carry out your job.
• Professional advisers and authorities, where we are required to by law.

6. International transfers

Some of our providers (including Wix, Vercel, and Meta) may store or process data outside the UK. Where they do, appropriate safeguards apply, such as UK adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses, so your data receives an equivalent level of protection.

We keep enquiry details for up to 24 months if the work does not go ahead, after which we delete them. Where you become a customer, we keep records of the work and related invoices for up to 6 years to meet our tax and legal obligations.
